In order to get a visa to Liberia please provide the following:

1. Original passport valid for at least 6 month.
2. Two (2) visa application forms.
3. Two (2) passport size photographs. (FULL Face view on a White background)
4. Medical Certificate from a recognized physician indicating that the applicant in good health and free from all communicable diseases.
5. Evidence of financial support.
6. Cover Letter requesting visa indicating place of accommodation in Liberia.
7. Self-addressed pre-paid envelove or $18 for DHL overnight delivery.
