In order to get a visa to Madagascar please provide the following:

1. Your passport (check the expiry: the passport must remain valid during your trip; check that there is at least one free page to appose the visa).
2. One filled out visa application form.
3. One passport-size photo.
4. A copy of your round-trip ticket, or a letter from a travel agency or ticket office stating that you will have a round-trip ticket, or a letter of recommendation from a business or organization willing to assume financial responsibility for you.
