1. U.S. Passport (must be at least 6 months beyond intended stay) .
2. Two copies of your passport's vital page.
3. 1 Visa Application Form, completed and signed.
4. 2 Passport-type photographs required (Color only).
5. Letter from the applicant stating the reason for the visit to Qatar

Business Visa

1. U.S. Passport (must be at least 6 months beyond intended stay) .
2. Two copies of your passport's vital page.
3. 1 Visa Application Form, completed and signed.
4. 2 Passport-type photographs required (Color only).
5. A business letter of responsibility to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to the Embassy of Qatar, Visa Section, Washington D.C. The letter must explain all the following:
   The purpose of travel
   Full name and address of host company or organization in Qatar to be visited
   Guarantee financial support and return transportation for the visit.
