Tourist Visa

1. Submit your U.S. Passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity) .
2. 1 Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed .
3. 1 Passport-type photograph required .
4. Yellow fever and Cholera vaccinations are recommended .
5. Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent .
6. Copy of recent bank statement or letter from bank verifying applicant has sufficient funds.

Business Visa

1. Submit your U.S. Passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity) .
2. 1 Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed .
3. 1 Passport-type photograph required.
4. Yellow fever and Cholera vaccinations are recommended .
5. A letter from the sponsoring company, stating the purpose of the trip, duration of stay, financial responsibility and references in the Sudan.

Fees: $200

Processing time: The visa is hand carried to the Embassy and the issue is subject to prior approval from Sudan. Processing time for applications without prior approval is 4-6 weeks. Processing time for applications with prior approval of the Sudan Government is 4 business days.

Return mail: please include a self-addressed pre-paid envelope or $18 for FedEx delivery.

Notes:

• Passports should NOT have Israeli visas or immigration stamps.
• The Sudan tourist or business visa is valid from eight (8) days to three (3) months.
• Extensions of periods of stay in the Sudan may be done through the Passport, Immigration and Nationality Office in Khartoum, Sudan.
• In cases of Diplomatic and Official passports, diplomatic notes are required.
